This workshop is a safe place to explore and embody the topics of sex and power.
Guided by Nuria, a certified, trauma informed somatic sex coach, this workshop starts with a short talk followed by a profound breathwork and embodiment practice designed to awaken the power of your pleasure.
Nuria believes that by connecting with our authentic sexuality, we show up more powerfully in our lives and communities, and this workshop aims to awaken that.
No partner work is required and there will be plenty of time to reflect and share if desired.
